Delivery

Order by 2.00 pm and we will try our very best to despatch your order the next working day with our standard service (Royal Mail 1st Class). Should you require your goods urgently a Parcel Force 24h service** is available at the checkout as an upgrade for a flat charge. This service is available for UK mainland only. Please note we are usually closed between Christmas and New Year and no parcels are dispatched during this period.

Please note we do not guarantee delivery time and Dance Clothes UK cannot be held responsible for late deliveries, and no refunds will be paid for late deliveries.

Dispatch

We aim for a quick turnaround of your order and virtually all orders are despatched  by the next working day.  A despatch notice is normally sent by email.  Occasionally and at our discretion we may split a delivery to expedite its despatch.

If an item is not shown as being on back order and we cannot despatch it within 10 working days we will endeavour to correspond with you by email and then (when necessary) by telephone to advise the expected delivery date and take your instructions.  You will have the opportunity to confirm or cancel your order or to accept a partial delivery or a substitution.

We take orders for products that are shown as being on back order on the basis that the delivery date is indicative only.

Please note we are usually closed between Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays and no parcels are dispatched during these  periods.

Moneyback Guarantee

You have the right to return any unused items in a re-saleable condition (unworn in original packaging with tags attached) for a refund or exchange within 14 days. We recommend you take your items to the local Post Office and ask for a "Certificate of Posting", stating our return address. We cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels. Items returned with postage unpaid may not be delivered.

Tights and underwear must be returned in original unopened packaging. Any faulty items / problems with your received order must be reported to our customer services team before return, please email sales@danceclothesuk.com and include your order ID, name the order was placed under and phone number.

Cancellation of your Order

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any items from the time of placing the order up to 7 days after despatch of the delivery. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Order cancellations must be made by email, quoting your order number through our Contact Us page. If we have already shipped your order you will need to package the relevant items and send them back to us within 14 days of despatch. Please do not open any sealed packaging or try on the items. The parcel is your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse so you may want to get proof of postage and insure it appropriately. Delivery charges are non-refundable once the order has been shipped. Once we have received the item we will credit your card with in 7 working days.

Exchanges & Returns

We hope that you will be delighted with anything you buy from us, but there may be occasions where a return or exchange is required and we are happy to do this within 14 days of receipt by you.

Returned items which are not faulty will incur a 20% handling fee.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for the same item of a different size or colour, or a different item, post the items back to us and we will send an exchange to you free of charge. We recommend you take your items to the local Post Office and ask for a "Certificate of Posting", stating our return address. We cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels unless you have this certificate. Items returned with postage unpaid may not be delivered.


Unfortunately we cannot accept requests for additional items (above the quantity of items on the original order) on returned orders. A new order should be placed on the website instead.
